Day Number 8
Officically I lost 9 pounds in the first week. I'm thrilled with the success I've had so far. Especially since I have had a 3-Day weekend of not so good eating: pizza on Saturday, Mexican on Sunday, left over Mexican for lunch on Monday, and ice cream (low fat no sugar added) and a slush too!
I've noticed a few minor things already. A few pairs of pants seem looser. I have more energy. I'm just feeling better all around.
Today I'm back to work and back on my 'normal' weekday track. Wish me well on my 2nd week!
