Down 3 Pounds!
Yes, I'm aware that this is water weight but I'm still thrilled over the aspect of losing 3 pounds the first day!
So, how did it go? Day 1 was pretty good. I had a good sized apple at around 2pm. It took me almost an hour to eat it all. For dinner I had a bowl of broccoli - about 2 cups. Later, I was hungry so I ate about 4 ounces of chicken breast and a cup of skim milk.
How do I feel? Energized is one word for it. I really want this to work so that may be a part of it. I was SO proud of myself yesterday. I walked 6091 steps on my pedometer. That is more that I have EVER recorded on that thing! My goal for this week is 3000 - 5000 steps each day. I'm happy to see that I managed to achieve that goal on the very first day!
Today is off to a good start. I'm drinking my second 32 ounce glass of water. OH... I have a beef with the Extrapounds site. I cannot record more than sixteen 8 ounce glasses of water. What's up with that???
