Day One
I started Phen this morning. So far so good. I'm keeping myself hydrated. I'm on my 3rd 32ounce glass of water and it is not even 9:00 am! I'm chewing gum too just to make sure that the dry mouth monsters do not visit me.
Hubby tried to pack lunch for me this morning. I knew that I did not want anything that would spoil if taken back and forth repeatedly. I brought along peanut butter & crackers to leave at work for the week along with a few apples. I don't feel like eating but I know that I should have food on hand, just in case.
Took some "Before" pictures both last night (in my bathing suit) and this morning (dressed for work). It will be interesting to see what changes come. I plan to take a picture each Tuesday morning.
I am going to be limiting sweets to days beginning with an "S". That means that if I want candy or cookies or ice cream, it needs to be a weekend. The one exception to this rule is birthdays or other holidays. Right now though, food is the furthest thing from my mind!
It is time to get back to work...
