Tomorrow is Day 1

Today the pills arrive.  Mr. FedEx man is out there right now with my 1/2 pound package in his hands.  Inside of it is a bottle that contains my hopes and dreams.   Will I be able to live up to my dreams?  Will I be able to lose the desired weight?

My goal for 2006 is to loose 31 pounds.  I would like to see the 100's before I ring in the new year.  My life time goal is to loose a total of 60 pounds by next June.  I may never see 170 pounds but I would like to try.
