Public holiday struggles
Well - the scales still looked pretty good this morning 15 st 1.8lbs and to add to last nights post I did eat a bit more including some yoghurt and half a bottle of bubbly...
We got it on special offer and it was a public holiday weekend....
We got it on special offer and it was a public holiday weekend....Oh well I've been better today. Some high fibre cereal for breakfast followed by a scrambled egg and bacon wrap and a banana for lunch followed by 18 holes of golf and a seafood salad for tea. ( you may note I am particularly fond of seafood salads.) I may have to have a hot choc for supper as I am still feeling a little peckish.
