More inane ramblings

So I weighed myself on Saturday morning and the weight has gone up again 15st 4.4lbs. Umm not good. So I had my breakfast. Muesli topped up with special K coz it was only the dregs. Not so bad but I had some thickened cream in the fridge which needed eating up so I had that on my cereal...what the f..... I learnt at my Cognitive Behavioural Theray that everybody has their child pschye and their adult pschye. The child doesn't take any responsibilities and always blames others or outside influences. The adult is the rational sensible  part that takes controls and thinks through decisions. Well my adult was telling me that I should just throw away the cream. It would be better all round to just get rid of it. My child had her fingers in her ears was singing Nah.nah.nah.nah while I pured it on my cereal and ate it.!
 
Anyway we ate out for lunch and I had a chicken and avocado sandwich in white bread. I was tempted my the home made cakes but resisted ( well I say I resisted but I had a look in the cabinets and there wasn't anything I fancied but that still counts doesn't it?).
 
In the afternoon we were to play golf and I did buy a snickers bar to get through the game. I figured that would be ok because I would be exercising ... golf is pretty good exercise I understand because you use the majority of your body. Unfortunately we only finished 3 holes when a storm hit and we called off the course but not until I had already eaten the snickers bar.....
 
The evening meal was a seafood salad with a couple of slices of bread. I was happy with that. So not a great start I suppose but it could have been worse. Anyway I weighed myself this morning and I was 15 st 2 lbs so that's good but most of that was probably down to my IBS event in the evening...I.m a martyr to my bowel but I'l save you that detail onthat.
 
So today - breakfast was a thick choc-mint cambridge diet shake. I then went to the gym and did a 45min spin class and then popped into the shopping centre where I had a grilled BBq chicken wrap from Trios. Good start. Lamb and roasted veggies for dinner - so as long as I don't fall off looks like a good day today. Bought some wraps and seafood etc for my lunches over the next week. Food I enjoy that isn't too bad for you - thats' my theory.....
