Oh God....Not again
I've really not got this diet lark under control. I've given up on the shakes etc. I just couldn't stick to it and I was feeling sick everytime I drank one. My diet consultant suggested I tried this Ultra-lite diet which was a restricted high protein diet which you supplemented with these powders/shakes. I found that very restrictie - funnily enough more than the shakes. There wasn't much choice and it seemed to be eggs for breakfast every day and I don't have time to be ooking in the morning. I know this all sounds like excuses and maybe it is but I just can't get the motivation up to restrict my life that much just to lose weight.
Decided to try the commonsense approach (always seems easy when you say it!) Anyway I know what I should and shouldn't eat and how much after all these years. I know what I enjoy eating so I'm going to find the compromise. I'll use this to write down exactly what I eat each day so if I fall off the wagon I will have to write down even if it means telling the world I ate 6 profiteroles.....which I have been known to do.
Anyway I weigh myself tomorro and go from there. Wish me luck
