Week 2 (again)
Ok 2lbs off this week. Not storming but steady considering I'm not sticking to the sole source thing really. I'm checking out gyms at the moment and with the golf I will hopefully be able to boost my weight loss through exercise. ....and I now have a goal. We booked a holiday to Port Douglas in Qld for September. We have been once before and loved it and have talked often of going back. I was just surfing the net to see if we could get flights on our airmiles which have been building up and although the flights weren't available for the first dates we wanted to travel (how can they be sold out for Sept for gawds sake) there were alternative flights and not wanting to miss the opportunity we booked them there and then. So now I have to lose weight so I can get into a wetsuit to snorkel in the Barrier Reef or they'll think a whale has beached itself!!!!!!
2nd week in new job coming up - lets hope it goe better then the first week...
