Week 4 Weigh IN
Good News Week - I lost 2kg this week which is excellent (particularly as I did cheat on Wednesday) - I was in Brisbane all day - I had to get up at 4am to get to the airport to catch a 6am plane to be at our Brisbane office by 9am and I didn't fly home til 7pm and arrived home about 10pm - so yes I did weaken and I did eat at the airport while I was waiting for the plane home and I had a chicken kebab and a bag of malteasers - I then had the evening meal on the plane as well which was some vegetarian pasta thing. So not a good day VLCD wise, but I was good reat of the week and it showed on the scales so I will full off occassionaly as long as I can get right back on again I will be ok. This coming week is my main threat - I'm in Adelaide most of the week and will be going to a number of social events can I survive without pigging out!!!!!
