Week 8 weight in - almost 2 stone down

Another 2 lbs down so thats 27lbs altogether - not bad for 8 weeks.

Short message tonight I have 2 assignments to write and 3 major bids at work - I might be heading for a nervous breakdown in 3 weeks time
