Ugh!
So, Thanksgiving....
Not an ideal week last week. Did not track my points at all, nor did I make it to the gym. I could blame it all on Thanksgiving, but there really are no excuses. I decided to not follow the plan this week, and now I pay the price. I managed to gain exactly what I lost last week, up 4.6 pounds to 214.6. It is a good lesson, however, in how important it is to track my points and work out.
Things have gotten very hectic this last week at home, and it seems that I have to "revamp" my schedule to accomodate all the changes each week. Well, more like I plan to revamp, but I end up just sitting it out. I don't like being in a funk in my own little pity party. I think I will ask Santa for a case of motivation for Christmas!
Or maybe just a case of Jameson...
Seriously, I know what I need to do; I just need to do it.
