Good week!
I think I had a fairly good week. The first couple of days on tracking points, I ate what i would typically eat to see what I was really getting. That was an eye opening experience! I thought I was eating pretty healthy, but after measuring my portions and adding the points, I was way off! No wonder I wasn't losing; better yet why I was gaining a little bit. I also worked out this week; 3 times. Less than I intended on, but at least i got 3 days in. Those days I spent 30 minutes on the eliptical and an additional 30 on the treadmill doing a specific "hill" workout. I think that all helped.
I weighed in today at 209.6 lbs for a 1 week loss of 4.6 pounds! Yippee!
Looking to really keeping my daily points on target, and getting 5 days in at the gym this week.
