26 pounds to go, 128 days left
Woo hoo! Making progress little by little! I've been weighing myself every day because it keeps me motivated and I tend to stay on track. I feel more accountable that way. It's also exciting to change the amount I need to lose, and the days that I have to lose it by.
My boyfriend and I did some heavy grocery shopping yesterday! We got all kinds of healthy snacks and meals. No excuses for eating out anymore!
Also, monday is my birthday. It's so sad... I'll be 23. There are no more really good birthdays to look forward to after turning 21, but oh well. I think this one will be low key. No one has mentioned any plans.

I have not been here long only about 2 weeks. I wanted to congradulate you and getting closser to your goal. I was just wondering if you had any tip that you could share on losing the weight. Especially at the rate you are. I started at 244 and thn joined extra pounds, I am also on phentermine. I have been working out really hard and watching very closely what i eat. But I am still stuck at 236 which i came up from 232 that i have recorded. The scale does not seem to budge not the body fat %. But I have lost like 12 inches total. I just don't understand.

I think every birthday is a really good birthday and one that should be looked forward to!! :) I turn 37 in January and I can't wait!! There is only one alternative to not getting a year older LOL
