Day 2

So far so good. I did have an extra enchilada last night, but I think I can work that in. I only ate 300 calories earlier for breakfast and a snack. Water as an appetite suppressant was extremely effective. I chugged on my water bottle all day, and didn't even really feel hungry except once. It feels good to feel in control of my body and to be listening to my body. I wish I could write more but class starts in less than an hour so I will just say that I am looking forward to the next couple weeks.

Let's begin again

I just started my calorie counting this morning. My weight has been fluctuating lately around 200 lbs which has risen from the 165 lbs I was about a year and a half ago. Ideally I would like to be around 140 lbs, although I could probably settle for anything below 150 lbs.

I'm a college student in my fourth year, heading to a brief stint in the real world before applying to Pharmacy school. I feel like I must capitalize Pharmacy - it makes the future seem more important.

I am prepared to feel hungry today. I just hope I don't start munching on the pecans I'm passing out today for the fundraiser. I'll also have to be careful this evening. I'm making a friend some sour cream enchiladas as payback, but I am limiting myself to only one. Maybe I will bring some celery over to munch on while he's pigging out.
