Today was an off day from Turbo Jam but I feel guilty about it, but I do want to follow the plan as best I can.

Scale was a little down today which was also encouraging..There are ideas out there about going to Happy Hour today, but still not sure whether I'm going to go or not...

Hump Day!

I have a Turbo Jam song in my head - maybe there is subliminal messages that is why it is so addicting!! Anyway after 5 days I still love. Tomorrow is supposed to be a rest day but maybe I will do learn & burn and abs because I still need to work on my form.

Tonight is my mom's db's birthday dinner and we are going to a bbq place. It's gonna be rough...

Ech! Weight up

So my weight's up from the weekend...I don't even think I over ate so much I just ate over my points..I'm also feeling very bloated so hopefully most of it is fluff. I haven't been this high since March! My abs do feel tight - I love Turbo Jam!

Ok so here's my dilemma...well I have two. My actual height is 5 ft 1/2 in. and I'm turning 26 in a month. Therefore, I'm just going to take the averages of both. My lowest should be 104 and my highest should be 123 (thank god for that degree in math). My goal is 114, 112 is my ultimate goal though. I guess I just answered my own problem. Oh well...

Turbo Jam

So I recieved my TURBO JAM that I ordered from QVC for $58 including shippin and received it in 4 days! The kit came with 2 dvds, a booklet, a measuring tape, and a 10 day diet program..

So I took my measurements to see how many inches I lose in a month of doing turbo jam 5 days a week!

Rt Arm: 10.5 in.
Lt. Arm: 10 in.
Chest: 34.5 in.
Waist: 29 in.
Hips: 36.5 in.
Rt Leg: 20 in.
Lt Leg: 20 in.
Gut*: 33 in

I added a section - Gut, this is the section right below my bellow button that pertrudes - I hate it so much!!!

I popped in Learn & Burn, this is the segment that teaches you the basic 11 steps and it includes a mini-workout. I sweated a little bit but didn't feel much so I put in the 20 min workout and it was quite a workout in 20 min..I admit that I didn't get all the steps but it was fun. Very dancy and the music is good. It is the kinda workout that if your form isn't correct you aren't getting much of a workout. It will be fun to track my progress...

No more pity Party!

So I go whenever I go  off program or overeat I come here and feel bad for myself.  Well that is going to stop...I am healthy 25 yr old, I don't have bad eating habits, it's ok that I don't have the perfect body. The reason why I'm here is because I am not happy with my body. Yes, this is all about vanity. The more I feel bad for myself  the worst I eat...I need to focus on my accomplishments while still enjoy indulgences...

So I was low in points yesterday but I really wasn't that hungry at all, only right before I went to sleep and it was too late to eat anything...The scale is at 118.5 so I guess it was only a 1lb. gain from the weekend, so not so bad.

I just got confirmation that my Turbo Jam set got mailed, I can't wait to try it. In the mean time I'm doing the Biggest Loser Workout. What annoys me is that the dvd menu shows a 6 week workout program but when you go to that screen it is only 4 weeks. Maybe it is a typo but for some reason it bothers me. Anyway, Week 1 is alternating Low Intensity Cardio with Strength & Sculpt. I'm intermediate but low intensity cardio still has me sweating!

Faced the music!

So I stepped on the scale today and it was 119! I'm back where I was a month ago...all these weeks of hard work down the drain with one weekend! Trying to lose weight is so trying!!! Grrr!

I ordered Turbo Jam yesterday, it is now available on QVC. I am so excited!!! I can't wait to get it and do my measurements and lose weight!
