Before After

Looking forward to 5pm already.

I went walking yesterday.  Did my usual 2 miles.  It was warm and there was a little breeze thanks to the rain we have been having.  I think I will walk again today (if it doesn't rain) and do the circuit training dvd tomorrow since I don't usually walk on Wednesdays.  I hope I don't gain anymore weight.  I don't want to go backwards.

My direct supervisor is out of the office this week, so I am it.  I get a little nervous when he's out, but I usually do fine.

I'm looking forward to 5pm already though.

Hi!

Here's

Wishing you a GREAT week! Sounds like you've got the right idea -- stepping up your activity; you'll probably feel and look better and better every day!  Exercise make all the difference for me, especially now that my weight loss is slowing down. (I've got to work it out more often!)

By the way, I like the nickname, "ebonysun".  It makes me visualize a solar eclipse with a bright, shimmering halo all around it!  Light, Warmth, Life, Power and Mystery -- all in one beautiful package! I tried to find images online that might be comparable to the one in my mind's eye, but so far I haven't been able to locate one.  If I do, I'll be sure to send it to you.

Best wishes! (carole)

Howdy

I'm so glad you like reading my blog!!  If I can ever be of help, let me know.  I've been on this road to health and weight loss for 2 1/2 years, so I know the ups and downs and the struggles.  It's no easy feat.

What are you doing nutrition wise to succeed?  That's so important, about 80% of the equation.

have a great night. Ttys.
