MY GOALS
MY GOALS
- To fit into a size 34 waisted pair of jeans again, Then downwards to a size 30 by June 21st (Long Term) or April 30th (Short Term)-Feel Completely satisfied with my looks (feel HOT)-Look sexy for summer and then college (Bathing Suit?)-Write down and track EVERYTHING-Eat 1300-1500 Calories per day-Workout at home 15-30 minutes everyday-Go to the gym 3-5x per week-Ride bike or walk every day as soon as the snow is gone-Live a healthier more active lifestyle -Follow Through and DON'T give up-Note every goal reached and every improvement-Make sure to journal all my feeling even if i feel guilty-If I feel discouraged, see a personal trainer and DON'T give up-NO EXCUSES-Join Soccer, Yoga or other group to help me follow through with my weight loss goals-Conquer University Hill-Go hiking somewhere-Take my journal with my every possible place I can-Keep the weight off once I reach my ultimate body.-Never eat after 7:30 p.m

Just a few ideas
Alright so tomorrow is the big day!! I am going to start my weight loss
journey and I am SO ready to make this big change in my life. I am
prepared for ALOT of work but also a big payoff. Over the weekend I have
been preparing two notebooks. One is a meal planner. I went through my
kitchen and decided what I was going to eat for the rest of the week
and wrote it into the notebook. Because I am on a low calorie diet I
included the amount of calories in each food and the amount of that
food the I wanted to eat. I think having a meal planner will help keep
me focused and I will be less likely to "cheat". The second notebook I
made is a food and workout diary and also a journal, to help me express
my feelings and concerns so then If I am having any struggles I can
always look back to that. I took all my measurements as I said yesterday
and tomorrow I am waking up at 5:30 a.m to be at the gym for 6! I think
that going to the gym early in the morning is going to be beneficial to
me because I am not very good at getting a full 8 hours sleep and if I
know I have to get up early inthe morning then I will be more likely to
go to bed at a decent time. Also going to the gym early in the morning
will make it possible for me to go to the gym twice a day if I want to
once in the morning and once in the evening.So to wrap it up I
am SO excited to get to the gym in the morning and jumpstart my weightloss journey and begin my adventure to a healthier life!!So Goodbye for now I will hopefully be back on here for an update tomorrow!Cheers!Desiree

Getting Started!
So my plan is to begin my journey on Monday, because I feel like starting in the beginning of the week will help me focus. So today I took all of my measurements, that is kind of depressing but at the same time it makes me all the more excited to start working it off! I have my notebook all ready also with a body measurement chart and daily food and workout journal. So that's all I will say for today. Getting very excited to get this all going!-Desiree
