First Time
So I've just opened this blog account for myself. Go me. I started WW about 6 weeks ago and have lost almost 10 lbs. My whole purpose of doing this is because I look at myself and am not happy. The new clothes I bought not too long ago are tight and unsightly. That's a whole lot of money.
Beyond that, I can just see myself slowly expanding and with school and work, sedentary is obviously how all of this occurs. Thus, I am committing to a life change. I am cutting down on the junk, cooking and trying new, exciting, and HEALTHY foods and LOVING IT! I am now catching myself walking down the street looking at other people and it just reassures my decision to make a positive, permanent life change.
Go everyone. Healthy / Fit / Muscular is the longterm goal. I've just taken the first step and every day is another opportunity to go forward or backwards. As long as there are more forward than backward, it's success.
