This morning I got up and walked 2.75 miles!

Monday

Got up and walked 1.14 miles this morning!  

Well.

I had two pieces of pizza at the party (one supreme and one cheese) along with a piece of birthday cake (my middle son's birthday is Monday) and ice cream. I drank 7up. Not wonderful.

However, I had a salad for dinner, and have been drinking water the rest of the day.

I didn't get a lot of exercise - walked back and forth a few times but not really anything 'countable.'

Tomorrow's a new day - and a new week!  

So far today...

I made pancakes for breakfast. I had 2 medium sized ones with a little syrup, and about 2 cups of coffee (decaf) with Almond Toffee (non-dairy) creamer. Yummy!

We are having a fall party at church for the children today, so if we have games, I may get some exercise there.  

Humph.

I didn't walk today, after all. It never did stop raining for very long.

I *did*, however, get some dishes done; nursed the baby; and walked around Wal*Mart a little (at a shopping pace, not an exercise pace).

So... maybe better than nothing... but not what I had planned.

Tomorrow is another day.

Well, THAT didn't work!

I got up a little late - 8am instead of 7 - and it was raining cats and dogs out there!

So we didn't walk.

But, it's still early, and we can still walk later if I make time to do so. If nothing else, I can take the older kids and walk at our local Rec*Com.

Starting.... again.

Well, I haven't done all that great lately. I got lazy. I got staying up too late at night and sleeping in in the morning.

Going to try to change that. Again.

My plan is to get up tomorrow around 7am and go for a walk. As long a one as possible. My two eldest children have agreed to join me. We have a course plotted wherein we walk 5 miles... but we don't always make it.

We shall see.
