Weekend Update
Well, my first week didn't go so well. I didn't avoid sweets on *any* day, much less 5/7 of the days.
I didn't walk. At all. I *meant* to... but my baby (1) had fever 3 days of that.
I DID go swim once.
And I DID drink the water.
So, 50% of my goals, maybe? But no weight loss.

Half is better than none!
Well good for you for hitting 50% of your goals.. thats why they are called goals, not requirements! "cause it's what you are working towards . So please do not get discouraged.
Do you have any video tapes/DVD or indoor exercises that you could do? I always find it hard, myself, to walk 'cause i can always think of an excuse!
