All the things we do either support us in our goals or they do the opposite. Like my last week--I let snacking and less movement cause a weight gain.
I think that Scale Back Alabama is a very good thing. There is nothing like that here in Alaska but I am being helped lots by this weblog and site. It was very very hard for me to have to log that I had gained weight when I had had such a good run of losing. I am not getting discouraged, though. I see it as something to learn from. I hope February is good to both of us.
