I want to see a loss!
I have NOT been weighing daily.. In fact, I have not weighed since Monday (when the hospital scales put me at 224... I suppose I should update my info
). I have been doing as good as possible since Wednesday (Tuesday, I did horrible!) on eating, though I still have not added the exercise I would like to add.
I am waiting to weigh until next Monday or Tuesday. I really want to see a loss!
