two thumbs up!
Thanks for posting to my blog, Dawn. I am seeing a nutritionist while I am doing the L.A. Weightloss program. I do have to include a quarter teaspoon of salt to the L.A. Express program. Potassium is important during this 2-day diet. What I meant is that I cannot eat foods that already have a ton of sodium in them.
BTW, good job on your second week! Keep up the good work!
Rika
Thanks for stopping by my blog! Sounds like you did a good job last week. Keep up with the water - it really makes a difference in my weigh-ins, plus my skin looks SO much better than it did a few months ago.
Have a great week!
Andrea
It looks like you are following a plan. That is good, just don't be too skimpy on your plan. If you don't start getting losses from the effort, you need to raise your protein and eat mini meals more often. I wasn't getting anywhere until I started eating at the top of the scale and getting all my snacks in. I was shutting my metabolism down. Go to Jennycraig.com and there are some good menus there. You can substitute any type of diet meal for hers. It works. It is a well balanced menu to follow. Have a great week!!
I was very suprised to have a comment to my blog and from a fellow GRITS, too. Or maybe you weren't raised in the south, but I was and now I find myself living in an extremely northern place. It is not great for exercise unless you like snow, lots and lots of snow. I am not one of the Snow People, so I must be creative in my pursuit of exercise that keeps me happy and healthy. That is why I am thankful for this blog and hope that it will help me keep track of things "out in the open."
Hi! I just wanted to thank you for posting to my blog. Just to clarify, I am required on my plan to get in 1/4-1/2 tsp of lite salt every day along with drinking 8 8-ounce glasses of water. So my plan isn't 100% salt free; just limited foods that are high in sodium on their own.
Reading your update, it sounds like you have a great plan for yourself. Keep up the good work!
Rika
