Sigh. Up and down and up and down and up and down... always between 210 and 220. Bleh.
I don't know if it was a glitch in my scales that gave me the low numbers, or if I've really been doing that bad since, but I'm back at 215. I do NOT intend to go any higher, though. Gotta stay off the sugar!!
I was pleased to see 210.0 on the scale this morning. Not *quite* as pleased, when I entered it here and saw that it was my original start weight.
Nearly a year ago, too! Well, at least by the time I get to my 'anniversary' date, I should be smaller by some, anyway.

This baby has no heartbeat; God saw fit to take this child home before birth. I will be working on losing, again, after delivery.
I was sick - sinuses and stuff - for 2 days. I couldn't eat much and couldn't drink much. Definitely NOT a good way to lose weight, especially when pregnant!
However, it WAS rather nice to see under 215 on the scale this morning, despite the manner in which it was achieved.
At about 13 weeks pregnant, I have not gained! I am delighted. Ultrasound shows the baby is healthy. I am NOT "dieting" - I am eating healthy and avoiding refined sugar. I am getting exercise - still not a LOT, but more than I *was*. I am riding bikes with my children, and doing more vigorous housework.
Looking forward to meeting my new baby in the spring with a smaller me!
Hopefully a combination of the above will keep me from gaining over the next eight months.... and I will gain "baby" weight while losing "me" weight and end up with a net loss by the end of March ;-)
I am going back to recording my intake... hopefully it will make a difference!
