The law of Inertia
Bodies in motion tend to stay in motion, bodies at rest tend to stay at rest.
When I'm working out and eating right I keep doing it. Then I bump into something and I stop. Then I stay stopped. It's so much harder to GET moving than it is to KEEP moving. I worked out and stayed on plan Monday, so it was easier to do it Tuesday and again today.
Let's hope I don't bump into something this week!

know what you mean
I can very much relate! Anytime I'm thrown off course it is so much harder to get back on. I was sick last week, so didn't work out much. And now this week it just feels like it has been 4 months since I worked out and "who was that person anyway?" It's just gone. Not 100% but the flow goes away so quickly.

I agree.
When we are rolling along smoothly everything falls into place and then whammo, we are derailed and it is hard to get back on track.
