Being back on the wagon
Well, thats the first week done. A 4lb loss is a result for me and I'm well happy with that. Woot! As long as I have a loss or at the very worst, stay the same, I have to stay positive. Thats the rules!
So, my menu for this week looks like this:
Monday - lunch: curried super noodles, cherry tomatoes and a slice of Leerdammer (wrong I know but I lurve it)
dinner: Andy the Gasman Stew (Jamie O recipe)
Tuesday - lunch: ATGS leftovers
dinner: SW Quiche (bacon and leek) with homemade salsa
Wednesday - lunch: SW Quiche and salsa
dinner: Chorizo Pasta
Thursday - lunch: Chorizo Pasta leftovers
dinner: Frittata
Friday - lunch: Frittata leftovers
dinner: egg and SW chips
Weekends are freestyle!
I've just had to have the car serviced today, set me back £200 - ouch! So, my food budget has to be spot on for the next 2 weeks. Its probably a good thing that I can't afford to go out and socialise - for my 'regime' that is. Will be chomping at the bit by the time pay day comes around. Good job I'm going on an Americana Roadshow that weekend - a 3 venue evening of rockabilly entertainment, ferried between venues in a vintage bus. Cool. Just hope the weather behaves!
Cripes, its a short one tonight. The Biggest Loser UK has just come on and I feel it would be rude not to watch - I just hope its as good as the US one. First impressions are that I'm not liking the look of the trainers - the guy is nowhere near as dishy as Bob and the lady is a bit hard-faced. We shall see. Is anyone else out there watching?
Right, off to watch the old box. Take care x x
