Before After

Yay! is me

Well, what a result!  A 3.5lb loss this week and my first half stone sticker!  Me a happy chappy J  The diet itself is really good.  It encourages you to cook from scratch and kind of steers you clear of pre-prepared meals by assigning them huge syn values.  Well, I say huge but they just seem huge as you’ve only got 10 syns per day.  It just really makes you stop and think about what you’re eating.  Something that I’ve not actually done before.  Like, I’ve thought is this fatty/calorific/bad for me but never actually thought well, if I switched this ready meal for homemade spag bol that would be much better for me.  Anyway, I’ll not wax on too much about it but so far, I like it.

Well, today I’ve been shopping *again*!  This time though it was simply for something to do.  Me and my mum just had a look out and ended up at a retail park.  Hello TK Maxx, what goodies have you got for me today?  Well, apparently a rather nice Ri2K across-the-body bag.  I love it!  And, at less than half price, it was a bargain to boot.

Right, I’m off to have a Thai Mug Shot and then have some fruit and yoghurt later (there may be strawberries involved!).  Have a fantastic week lovelies x x

hurraahh

Hurrah you! So glad you're finding your groove. Rock on!

(the secret word to post this is "tusky"...I think that's what my nan used to get when I would reach for another biscuit during tea...with her tsk tsk's.)

congrats

Well done on the impressive loss!

You're on Slimming World aren't you? I must admit, I like the idea of being trained out of ready meal convenience-ville.....I've definitely fallen into that trap!

Stick with it - you're doing great
