My gym is on the biggest Looser.

Started going to a gym in Dec. and last night I found out Planet Fittness is now the new sponser of thee Biggest Looser. I got my new T-Shirt. It is all falling in place for me . I like going to the gym so well that some times I go twice a day.

Late Night eating.

Ok I need to find a way to quit eating in the late evening.
I've tried drinking decalf tea ,chewing gum,eating just jello but I still find myself in the fridge just looking or sometimes just picking out things that don't even taste good and putting it in my mouth.
 I need to find a cutoff time that works for me and then STOP.  It would be different if I WAS hungry but I'm not.
  Oh well I will keep working on this.

Removed all my old blogs.

 I have decided to take all my old blogs off and start fresh. I even took my picture off
but might put a new one on there.
I am disappointed to see that EP now allows people to open up blogs and use them for advertising and selling their wares. When I tried to send a message to EP I couldn't get my question to go thru. I thought this sight was for people who wanted to help each other and track their own progress. When I checked out the most active blogs they had nothing to do with weight loss. Hummmm. does anyone else have these concerns?

The Gym is open.

The gym opened on the 7th and I have been there twice a day since then. I tend to be up late at night after Dad is asleep so I went at 12:00 midnight and stayed until 2:00 am the first time I was the only one there most to the time. It is a very nice gym with lots of equipment. A 30 minute circuit like curves and a 12 min ab. section where you go from one machine to the next. It is called Planet Fitness and I joined on a month to month. There are personal trainers and they are free so far I am really liking it . I really want to spend more time there but I thing 2 to 3 hours of constant moving is enough. I'm having my picture taken on Monday so I can track my progress by pictures. I have to look thru some of my books and get an eating plan set up.So far I am just tracking calories and stopping when I get to my daily limit.

The time has come to..........

Well here I am again December 7,1211. D-Day A day to remember or should I say start over. My journey has been one of ups and downs , start today and quit tomorrow. That had got to change. I have been living by myself taking care of my Dad for a year now. I can make my own choices and I still make the wrong ones. For myself that is . I watch my fathers health and quality of life changing each day with diabetes and stage 4 kidney failure, and COPD and yet my weight is up.
Well that is going to change.
 I joined the gym 3 blocks from my house and they are open all day and night during the week so even though it is freezing outside I will be warm inside. I am setting goals and working towards something. I need to do this for me to stay alive and healthy enough to enjoy my Grand kids and what is left of my life.
This is my self talk page to keep me motivated and vent on. I will put my plan in writing and follow it the best I can. NO MORE EXCUSES.

Maintaining

I'm still here just doing the same thing with my life. As you can see I have maintained my weight for the last  year.  I still think that needs to be changed. I still haven't figured out what or how.
