Less than 10lbs. away from my birthday goal of -50lbs.
OK.... I haven't blogged in forever,but I have been reading blogs :-) I have been working out staying on my calorie restricted diet. I feel really great I've joined my town's fast pitch woman's softball team and it feels so good to be able to run fast again. The first practice I hit a double and if this was a year ago I would have been lucky just to make it to 1st base. I made a goal back in October when I started this journey that I would like to lose 50lbs by my 31st birthday... which is creeping on up May 22nd I have less than 10lbs. to lose :-) WOO HOO!!! I have set my mind to it and I will let everyone know when I make it.

Take a deep breathe...don't give up!!!
OK...I've been gone for about 2 months. Gone as in not really being lazy just not working out everyday like I should be doing. I really haven't given up and I don't want to give up, but I need my attitude adjusted some bit. I think it's awesome there's a lot of good people with great attitudes on this site. Reading other peoples blogs has made me realize giving up now is so not worth it in the end. I guess I have been feeling really depressed lately with some personal problems and it's made me fall off track. I'm washing my hands of the past and looking forward to the future. :)

8 weeks I'm down 29lbs....
So it's been eight weeks since I started this journey and no one said it would be easy...and believe me it hasn't. I've lost 29lbs I feel better but I need to stop slacking off. I know it's because it's the holidays and I've been so busy between work school and being a mother of three. I have lost more weight 29lbs altogether, but I have a long way to go..I did stop taking the weight loss medication about 3 weeks ago and I feel good. I don't want to depend on anything. I want to do this without help..I was stuck at 184lbs for a few weeks, but probably because I wasn't exercising as much! I need to get my butt back to doing the Jillian dvd sometime soon...Just checking in and trying not to give up!!!

I'm still here....
I did start the Jillian dvd 2 weeks ago,but she KICKED MY ASS that first day. My calf was throbbing with pain and I could barely walk the next day so needless to say I haven't exercised to that dvd anymore....plan on starting back up on it today!!! I'm excited about my practically new only 1 yr old treadmill I got off craigslist for only 100 bucks from an 89yr old lady....so excited!!
I did great with my eating on Turkey day and I have cut back on the phertermine and I'm still losing weight from all the hard work and good eating habits I have adapted to. It feels good to know saying "No Thanks" to my coworkers when offered junk food everyday at work is paying off...until WI friday...

Day 30: Lost 19lbs.
Down 2 more pounds for a total of 19lbs. in 30 days!!! I also lost 9 1/2 inchs in the past 2 weeks. I really wish I would have been measured when I started 30 days ago. We celebrated with a slice of Oreo cookie pie...yummy!! It made me feel sick though :( but it was good... Tomorrow I am starting Jillian Micheals Shred 20 in 30 days exercise dvd...I read good results so hopefully it'll keep me moving! I have kept up with going to the toning club 5-6 days a week. My blood tests for my bruising came back negative...Thank goodness nothings wrong!
It's time to play Wii Fit so everyone have a good night!

Wow...down 17lbs in 26 days!!!
Ok I had help from Phentermine....But I have been working hard on sticking with my daily workouts and going to the tone club and of course making better choices on what my family and I eat!!! I wanted to weigh in on Friday but the doc had to change my app for today. I have one more month on this pill and then it's all me.
I'm worried about these recent bruises I have been getting on my legs for no reason. I haven't bumped into anything. It looks like I was beat! I have 3 huge bruises on one leg and 3 on the other??? WTF IS GOING ON?? I went for blood tests today so I should find out tomorrow...I'll post my actual 4 week mark this weekend maybe I can make it to 20lbs lost

WI for week 3....-15 pounds!!!
Working out everyday and eating healthier has paid off!!! So far anyways :) I was thrilled to see I was down 15 pounds!! I feel like I don't notice it though. I have had alot of people tell me It looks like your losing weight, that's a good sign. I go see my doc next week for another weigh in. Hope that brings even greater news.
I still have a long way to go.....

Home from vacation and all went well I didn't get to workout everyday, but I did follow my diet and did well enough to lose 3 more pounds..
I joined a toning club a few days ago and that's going great. I do hope to get at least 5 days a week in over there. I've lost 13lbs over the past couple weeks and I sure hope it keeps coming off! I did get measured today and then again in 4 weeks to see how many inches I have lost. I feel really good about this journey and I know I am sticking to it!!!

Day 7 on Phentermine
I've worked so hard these past seven days and it has paid off!!!
I went to my doctor today for my weigh in and I'm very happy to report I've lost 10lbs. The next week is going to be challenging considering I'm going on vacation with my family but the Resort does have it's own Health club
so I will be working out everyday. I hope next weeks weigh in brings good results. I'm so excited I can't wait to lose more!
