Take a deep breathe...don't give up!!!
OK...I've been gone for about 2 months. Gone as in not really being lazy just not working out everyday like I should be doing. I really haven't given up and I don't want to give up, but I need my attitude adjusted some bit. I think it's awesome there's a lot of good people with great attitudes on this site. Reading other peoples blogs has made me realize giving up now is so not worth it in the end. I guess I have been feeling really depressed lately with some personal problems and it's made me fall off track. I'm washing my hands of the past and looking forward to the future. :)

good for you, we can't go back we can only go forward.... so looking where you are headed makes you less likely to trip up!

I tell all my clients/friends not to beat themselves up when they cheat. Everyone will cheat sometime. Learn from it and move on. Don't beat yourself up! The longer you are on your plan, you will realize what your "triggers" are and it help you change your habits.
Enjoy your "Journey". You wil learn alot about yourself and at times it will be hard.
Its not how many times you cheat. It's how many times are you going to start again? I always find the quicker I get back on plan the easier it is for me to get back on my plan.
YOU CAN DO IT! You are doing GREAT SO FAR!
