WOW i have lost over 4.5 inches of my waist!!!
i feel good knowing how much i have lost.. and i have now gotten back into size 16 clothing, looking forward to fitting into size 14's.. hopefully by the time i go on my hols....
I hear ya about being nervous to mess up with the new rules change. I hope that you are able to do really well, keeping up this good work.
