good morning!
first off hope everyone is well and doing ok with their diets.
I am doing ok and have lost in total 4lb since saturday, doing ok both mentally and physically..
While the weight is coming off i feel much more motivated to keep going..
Dreading the weekend a bit, my hubby works away and is home this weekend, we usually end up going out for dinner and its hard to make the right choices.
We are going out for sunday dinner and i will just have a roast dinner and no dessert.. that way i should be ok.. HOPEFULLY!!
my original mini goal was to get to 12stone for sept the first not sure if thats doable so have changed it to the 7th sept, gives me an extra week.. hoping to be at least under 11 for the 22nd as i go away for two weeks then..main thing though is the weight is coming off, hopefully it will stay off!!! that will most likely be the hard part maintaining the weight.. But thats something i will have to learn to do and eat much healthier meals and make better choices...
