Binged again best start from scratch!

I am totally incapable of even completing a day without binging. I am going to type out a meal plan for tommorrow so it is already in my head!
 
Breakfast - banana with yoghurt and porridge oats
 
Lunch - Cheerios
 
Dinner - Breaded fish and salad
 
Snack - Apple
 
And if i take a choc mousse out of the fridge instead of or as well as the apple then i am more incapable then i thought! fat fat fat fat argh!

Day 1 of my diet!

Okay so it is day 1 of my diet and for breakfast i had a bowl of cheerios with 1%fat milk. Luckily i wont need to try hard on my diet today as last night i went through the cupboards and ate the entire contents of my deliciously unhealthy snacks and i can safely say there were no survivors. Now i just have to stop myself from eating my daughters treat of the day. I am sure my willpower must be strong enough for that! Well we will have to see. If i am really good i might take a long walk too, Of course it wont do much good seeing as my daughter would lose a race to a slug and i cant very well leave her at home.
