Binged again best start from scratch!
I am totally incapable of even completing a day without binging. I am going to type out a meal plan for tommorrow so it is already in my head!
Breakfast - banana with yoghurt and porridge oats
Lunch - Cheerios
Dinner - Breaded fish and salad
Snack - Apple
And if i take a choc mousse out of the fridge instead of or as well as the apple then i am more incapable then i thought! fat fat fat fat argh!
