Water, Water, Water
Today so far I drank 2 16.9 fl oz of water. This is so amazing because I never drink water. Ever. And I am still going.
I did sit ups for the first time in like 5 years, I did twenty of them. I belly danced, I used weights for my arms.
I didnt eat any junk food.
I can't believe how easy this is.

The pic with your little boy is SO cute!
You are right about yoga - it's hard! Try doing with a big body ball. It really helps in the beginning.
I am so glad you are moving! Bellydancing does work your arms too!

hey girl...
wow...that was a scary experience the other night. do you have a cell phone? tracphone is a pre-paid phone that i got when my ex left and i was short on money. my ex was a nut and would cut the phone lines and crazy stuff but i made sure i had a phone to call 911 first thing then had other plans for my children and myself...especially if one night it wasn't my crazy ex-husband. water is the way to go!! i use to hate water but it took me a while. weight watchers says you can have 3 non-calorie drinks and 3 water drinks per-day....and of course more if you'd like. i find if i only drink water i get watered out and i satart to hate it again. keep up the great job your doing....and your little man is adorable...=)
