Weigh in
I lost 6 pounds from last Thursday.
I went to the doctors this morning and told them it wasn't helping me so she gave me a pill to take at night. We'll see.

I told you......
that you could do it! 6 lbs is AWESOME!! Now just keep up the good work and it will keep coming off! 6lbs was my first weigh in and then from there between 2-4 a week. YAY FOR YOU!!!! It can be done!!! It just takes some hard work and a little will power!
