Day 7

Tomorrow is my second appointment with the doctor, my first weight in. I am scared I didn't lose any weight. I worked my butt off.

Positive Thoughts.....

 

I hope you have a good weigh in!  If it's not what you were expecting, don't give up.  My first week of WW I gained 1pound and my mom lost 5lbs.  Talk about frustrating and disappointing.  But I didn't give up and the next weigh in I lost 6.6lbs.  YOU CAN DO IT!!
