I went to a weight loss clinic today, I got a b12 shot, Phentermine hcl 37.5 So far it has worked, I do feel like I am hungery. I've had 1285 cals today, I am only supposed to have 1000 a day. Seems a little WOW to me. If I could guess what I had before I started 3 weeks ago I would guess 2- 4 thousand cals a day. I did not ever fell hungery. I do now, kinda. I feel better. LOL I pee all the time because I am always am drinking water.
I hate to see you on diet pills at your age because 10 years ago I lost 90 pounds taking phen-fen. I'm not trying to scare you, but last year I was diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension, which is a very serious lung disease that is treatable, but not curable. The doctor said it was caused by the diet pills. I was having a hard time breathing and had to go to the doctor. I'm saying I understand about taking pills because I took them for years, but just be aware that there can be problems. Good luck on your weight loss!
