ahh..

I've been so sick. I just can't shake it off. I hate it. I gained some weight, but I have started a new type of birth control and its my time of the month so a 5 to 10 pound weight gain around this time of the month is normal for me.

I have kept up with my work out. I haven't seen any results yet. I have been back to my old eatting habbits. I know that eatting everything I want. and working out is getting me no where. I hate that I do it. I am trying.

Hang in there...

You are right about eating and working out.  If you continue to eat bad stuff, your workouts are only combating what you ate that day, not digging into the stored fat that you are trying to get rid of.  So, you've identified one problem, and that's a great start.  Now, what are you going to do to change it?  I suggest that you look at what you normally eat in a day and cut out one or two things that you know are bad for you, replacing them with a suitable alternative (like try fruit instead of a candy bar).  If you make this baby step, you will be more likely to hang in there, instead of making huge changes that you can't cope with. 

You haven't blogged in a while.  Are you still sick?  How are things going?  Okay, so you gained.  Today's a new day!  Don't get discouraged!  You CAN accomplish your goal.  I'll check back in on you soon!
