Two days off
I took two days off, Labor day and yesterday. Labor day I was at my grand fathers house, I watched what I ate but I didn't bike, yesterday I just didn't feel good. Today I did get on the bike for 30 mins, I did a little over 5 miles. I plan on doing another round of it a little later to make up for tomorrow.
I hate that I took off two days in a row and found it hard to get back in the game today, I had to force my self to do it.
My dream is too lose this weight and look good and be healthy but I just don't understand why its so hard to my self do it.
I took my truck in to get repaired because we hit a deer 3 months ago. I rented a car because it is a two day repair. They gave me a ford focus, its a 2006 but I just don't like it. It too small and too compact. I am used to my big old chevy truck.

I weighted my self and I gained weight. How does that happen? I mean I worked my butt off, watched what I ate and I gained weight. I just dont understand.
