Before After

I give up

I am almost ready to give up on this post because this is the third time I am typing this and I am getting mad as hell at this computer.

My workouts are getting better. I haven't done any sit ups yet, I don't know if I can yet.

But I've done at least 7-12 miles on the bike everyday for the last 5 days, before that I did nothing expect run after my son and even then I walked.lol

I went to Rite Aid to the GNC section and bought some GNC Pro Performance 100% Whey Protein to help build some muscel, because  Lord know I don't have any.

Comments to this post:

whey...yuck......lol

they make a portein bullet w/ 42 grms of protein that i am using and the grape is the best taste for me right now.  but remember the body will only process 30 grams of protein at any given time so don't over do it.  maybe you need the level lifting routein. where you do one rep easy to start, then second moderate, and then thrid hard....  i remember it some time back, i think thats how it went .... i'll look around for that info for you. if you'd like...=) thanks for checking in on me.

heres some info for you...=)

well i can tell you that this surgery isn't something to be looked at like its a quick fix, although you lose the weight fast you have changed your internal digestive system. that was the hard for me to think about being changed...but...i researched every option really well...then i did the hardest thing ever in my life...i faced my self realisticly and admitted to myself i can't do it alone, i need help. from there i went to seminars about the different surgery opts. i went to 3 total b/c the first 2 leave you w/ many questions so the 3rd time your preparded with you question card. from there you want an accerited surgeon but one that has done many..not just hundreds...the first surgeon i looked at had done about 400 in 2 yrs and had a fatality. my surgeon i chose had done over 6000 in about 6-7 years w/ no, not one death. i had the rny bypass the land was not an option for me b/c off all the adjustments, when i did this i wanted to get back to life not worry about the cons of the lap band. here is my surgeons web page he explains a lot and i can cont. to help answer anything else you might need. i was scared right up until i went under but afterward i feel it was the best thing i could have done to save my unhealthy life. i've had natural child birth 2 times and one c-section... the c-section was worse compaired to this surgery. and i'd pick c-section over natural birth anyday..lol take care and i look forward to hearing from you! here is the lap band info i found on here and the other surgeons i looked at... everyone wants to pump up there business but your life is your business so look at every tiny detail and start  a question list now....
