Maintain

This week weigh in I maintained!!! I am happy!! It gets hard at times not to give in to temptation and eat or drink those things that are not as healthy for us. A piece of fried chicken and a coke would just be great huh!!! NOT!!! Having to get and keep my mind focused becomes a problem at times. Even when I remember why I want to be healthier sometimes I feel like it is impossible but somehow with GOD I get through it.

I WILL BE AN AFTER!!! I WILL BE A SUCCESS IN THIS WEIGHT LOSE VENTURE.

5 lbs. Gone!!!

 FIVE POUNDS GONE ACCORDING TO MY MORNING WEIGHT IN!!!  i HAVE INCREASED MY WALKING TO 2.5 MILES A DAY AND ADDED A WORK OUT TAPE FOR TEN MINUTES. THAT KICKING BOXING IS HARD EVEN IF IT IS A TEN MINUTE WORK OUT. STARTING OUT SLOW WITH THE WORK OUT TAPE I HAVE GOT TO GET USE TO IT.  I FEEL REALLY GOOD AND ENERGIZED. I HAVE ENERGY EVERYDAY AND I REALLY HAVE STARTED ENJOYING WALKING 4-5 TIMES A WEEK. WALKING HAS BEEN THE KEY TO MY SUCCESS SO I SHALL KEEP ON KEPING ON WITH MY WALKING AND WORKOUT VIDEO. 

THANKS FOR ALL THE ENCOURAGEMENT FROM ALL OF YOU AS YOU GUYS HELP KEEP  ME GOING. I AM DETERMINED TO BE AN AFTER!!!

8.5 LBS GONE...........

Talk about a motivation BOOSTER that scale sure did it for me this morning.  My exercisepaid off last week and staying 100% on my diet. I am determine to be compliant 100 days 100%. 96 days to go.

I increased my walking last week to 45 minutes a day. I walked through the aches and pain of sore muscles and now I am feeling great. This week I plan on adding the Biggest Loser work out video.

I feel so DAMN GOOD with TEN POUNDS GONE!!!!!

January Goal

My goal for January is to lose ten (10) pounds!!! Obtain weight 230!! I am on my way. I am feeling good body ache from exercising bu tthat is okay. Rather have taht kind of ache than one from being overweight!!! Mother nature is visiting me so I am not weighing myself due to this but I know I have had a great week. I am just trying to get through this weekend.

Nutrisystem had been great. If I have not learned nothing else it sure is portion control. Some of the food I like such as the pizza, lasgna, lemon chicken, garnola bars, pancake, pot roast and a few other.  My least favorite meals are lunchs but I do like the ham and turkey hot dog.

Walk it off.....

Monday I walked for 40 minutes and Tuesday I was so sore unitl i had my husband rub me down with ben gay. Boy was that a relief.  Not sure why i was so sore as I have been walking and I stretched before walking. Anywho I walked again today for 20 minutes because I got home late and did not want to walk alone for to long. Walking makes me feel so good and clears my mind. It is uplifting for me and my puppy loves it. 

Funny how we know exercise is good for us but gosh darn we hate to do it. I have tried the vidoe tapes and just can't get into it. Walking is my thing and I actually enjoy yo have a nice kewl walk. Also when I walk i see the difference at the scale as well as it lower my blood pressure.

So I have pledge to "WALK IT OFF"!

Stick to your plan 100%, because really if you don't you're only cheating yourself from reaching your goal and looking amazing.

Week 1

This was hard week. It started off being hard forme to stay focused even with tools of motivation. Friday I fell off the wagon and gave into the food addiction. I lost 1.5 pounds. At least I lost something. I walked once this week and because I have not walked in weeks I could only do 15 minutes. This will be a better week.  I asked my husband to just take the food away from me if he sees me cheating or eating unhealthy. I am also enlisting my friends.  I have got to STAY FOCUSED on my GOAL of being HEALTHIER!!!  HELP ME.....................

Happy New Year!!!

Here I am once again starting this weight proram over. I seem to be always starting over all the time and reaffirming my committment then starting over again. Well now is not the time to be on a pity potty. Okay I have lost it once again!!! I am moving on. I am back on nutirsystem as of 01Januray 2007. I Will weight in every Monday and blog every Monday my progress lack of and emotions.
