Post the first...
Well, I guess I may as well put up a post. Don't expect too many of them. I've had blogs in the past, but as anyone who has read them can attest - I don't keep at it.
Anyways, I'm trying to lose some weight, and at the same time get healthier eating and exercise habits. I've always been overweight - although my build has helped me hide it to an extent. I guess it's one of the good things about having a broad frame.
I would like to get down to 190 - that's a weight I've not been at since I was in Jr. High. My longterm goal is to maintain that, and maybe lose another 5 lbs. off of that. However, I'll be happy to get to 190. So, yeah. That's all for today.
