I Wish I Had More Willpower.
It's been a bad week for me in terms of exercising and eating right. I've only worked out once this week, and that was just for a little while last night. Plus, I've been eating over what my calorie limit is supposed to be.
I guess I just need to get off my arse and start working out. Hopefully I can get back into the rut of exercising every night like I had going last year. Once I can get myself going, it's harder to stop.
Of course, since I have to travel with my job that makes it harder to stay in a groove of exercising. Thankfully, though, after next week I should be through with overnight travel til at least January. 
I guess also I'll just have to stop being lazy and actually cook food tonight instead of going out to eat. That's the biggest obstacle to my diet - I just can't make myself cook anything this week. Oh well. I suppose everyone has a week like that every now and then.
