Weight Loss - take 2!

After impressing myself and losing quite a bit of weight before my trip to Thailand, i got really sick then I just couldn't be bothered with the gym....

So I'm trying again! New Year, New Me!!

Even if no one reads this I'm going to try my best! =)

Back again

Sorry I haven't been on for ages. I kinda hit a wall and couldn't lose any weight, was over life and just sorta broke down

However! I'm back to normal pretty much. Starting doing spin classes and abs blast classes and managed to lose 1 kg!! I was soooooo happpy to finally shift some weight!

Although these last 2 weeks I've been binge eating I think it's cos "that time of the month" is here and I always seem to balloon up near then.

PT week 1 review

30 mins to pay someone to put me through pain.
I LOVED IT!! hahaha Took me a while to save up some money to do pt again but it better pay off this time! I'm committed 100%!

Lots of boxing, sit ups, pushups, lunging, squating.... I'm not sore today but I will be tomorrow. I always seem to get sore 2 days after....

bad thing was it was cold and raining today so i got a sausage roll for breakie. Shouldn't really do that, but it was too cold for cereal!

Back in action... finally :P

Well after putting on weight after some interruptions to life I'm finally back on track!!
Unfortunately I had a bad case of gastro last week, which had the benefit of helping me lose 2kg! haha wasn't a pretty way to lose weight though!

I've booked myself back into personal training so I can get into shape for thailand and have a reason to go to the gym in this cold, rainy weather.

Also back on my Blackmores Weightloss Accelerator!

Gotta get back on track...

Well I'm very ANTI Xantrax now!!
I tossed them all into the bin from the bottle so I wouldn't touch them again!!! I was sooo aggressive and moody on them. This week I haven't been to the gym... its been too cold. Next week I will have to get back into it as I only have 3 months to loose weight before Thailand. 
Might try the blackmores weightloss accelerate vitamins again. They seemed to be working!!

No gain, no loss

Well after a full on week of only going to the gym once, visiting my grandma in hospital and going to 2 concerts, I'm glad that I didn't put on any weight!
I think it's because I have done weights the last few weeks and they help to burn fat even when your sitting still. So for the one gym session last week I made sure I did more weights!!

Grandma is still is hospital, she is doing much better, so I won't be able to hit the gym really until she comes out. If I can get off work early I might head down for a 30min airwalk.

Finished off my blackmores weight accelarate tablets, so I'm gonna finish off my Xantrax because I have no money to buy another packet. I don't think they are agreeing with me, had some funky dreams last night .... will see how I go today on them!

Feeling like a fatty-boom-bah

Well haven't been to the gym this week.. I have had no time because I work all day, then my grandma is in hospital so I've been going to visit her and keep her company after work!! So for some reason I'm feeling enormous!!! The earliest I can get to the gym this week is Saturday.... *sigh* I wanted to lose another kilo this week if possible but somehow I don't think it will be all that possible..... just hope i don't put on weight!

Another week...

*sigh* another week at work, oh well I need the money to fund my holiday! Put the deposit down on Saturday so there is no backing out now!!

Well last week I didn't go to the gym as much as I would like. Plus I ate out a few times due to it being my boy's birthday. Did do a pretty intense weights session on my own on Saturday morning, I don't do weights during the week cos there are too many mucho idiots in the weights area! haha

Watched what I ate MOST of the time :P Although there was bday cake and pasta to be had.... and I ordered a BLT with chips at the party down at TGI Fridays..... it came after everyone got their meals so I wasn't really hungry anymore and it wasn't very nice! Ate about 1/3 of the BLT and some chips!

After all the crap I ate managed to lose 1 more kilo!! WOOT!
Very busy week this week for me, don't know how much gym I can do, will have to be very careful what I eat! oh dang!

I can run 2 km now!!

OMIGOD! After a hard day at work I thought I wouldn't have the strength to go to the gym!... but i did like a good fatty :P

Started to run, and thought I'd probably only make it up to my 12 mins i did last time. But i've been trying to do a bit more every time..... i ran for 15 mins and covered 2km!! I am so happy with myself!!!
 next goal..... 3km!!!

Scales were wrong!!

Well, went into my bathroom for the weekly weigh and realized that my scales were out by a bit..... so I fixed them and realised I was the weight I thought i started at!
Oh well, lost 1.5 in total over 2 weeks so can't complain!

Gonna work hard this week though, slacked off a bit last week because of social commitments!

OH and exta motivation... planning a trip to Phuket and Bangkok in September! will need to look hot for the beach and buy myself a new wardrobe, and possibly get myself a suit made! My boy is coming with me and we are both losing weight together!
