Never tried the laughing cow cheese, cause I don't know where to get it. As for the spaghetti sqyash never tried that either but I do think you use a peeler ato peel off long strips and I'm guessing you can boil it in water just as you would regular nboodles but not for too long because it doen't take that long for squash to ccok.
As for the Tofu Shirataki Noddles they are pretty much at the eatable ( made up word) state . There's really not much cooking, more of heating up. However you can eat it as you would with regular noodles, in spaghetti, pasta or whatever little dish you eat with regular noodles. I think they are a great & healthy substiute for regular noddles, just give it a try.
I love Laughing Cow cheese. I eat it with reduced fat Ritz crackers. Pair the cheese and crackers with some healthy soup, and you've got one heck of a tasty meal.
I've made spagetti squash, but it's been a while. I think I cooked it and then took a fork and scraped the insides out. Pretty sure I just ate it the way I would spaghetti. It's been a while ago now, but I remember thinking it was tasty and I was excited because it was so healthy. lol. no guilt!
