What is OP? On Plan eating? That's my guess. I'd love to work out five days too! Maybe I should go ahead and pack five gym bags with clothes! HAhaha
Great easy goals. And congrats again on being in the 150s. I am "so" close to being in the 180s I CANNOT WAIT! I want it now. It's just not happening. I'm consistently 190.2 - 190.8 for the past 4 days. It'll happen by Thursday, my weigh-in day, I'm sure.

Just want to pop in and say congrats on the "new" you. You are an inspiration to me! When I weighed myself in January and the scale started lyin' to me sayin' that I weighed 196, I almost passed out! I never even noticed how big I was getting! But now, I'm 183 or something like that, and I have been working out for a month, minus period days! (LOL), and I feel good, ya know? It's like, dang, all I had to do was get up and move around a little bit and I could be thin??? U look great! Keep up the good work! I cant wait til I'm in the 150's!!!!
