Goal Weight

Hello, today I got on the scale and I am 159... finally ... I dont ever remember weighting in the 150's before... It seems like im getting closer to my healthy weight. my Healthy range is somewhere between  111.2 - 149.2 . So I actually dont know what my goal is but its somewhere between that. I'm thinking maybe half my size, I use to be 281, so my goal as of now is 140, and if I like it there, I will stay at that weight... but as I get close to  half my size, I been thinking about maintaining my weight.... and  to not be scared to eat again ... but I also have to remember that I cant eat like i use to eat because that made me close to 300 lbs. If anyone have a  books I should read, about weight loss, maintain weight, please comment, Also I have a book suggestion for individual who need motivation to lose weight  and to stay on the route a healthy lifestyle .. the book is called the Beck Diet Soultion by Judith S. Beth.

I wish this thing had spell check ..lol

Way to go on your weight loss!!!  I have a book called Eat This Not That and I like the way it visually shows you how to make good choices.  I also have YOU on a Diet book, but haven't read it yet.
