Well today is such a boring day for me, I have been staying on plan I'm still 159.. I hope it will go down soon.... Well my goals for the week is to
1. Workout all 5 days
2. Drink All my Water and to Stay On Plan
Well I will be leaving for South Africa on Friday ... and I have to finish up packing , nothing new ... I just hope that while I'm in Africa, I can still follow my weight loss plan...
You will never have true happiness until you do what fulfills you... so i'm going for my highest goal, I have to lose this weight.

Hello, today I got on the scale and I am 159... finally ... I dont ever remember weighting in the 150's before... It seems like im getting closer to my healthy weight. my Healthy range is somewhere between 111.2 - 149.2 . So I actually dont know what my goal is but its somewhere between that. I'm thinking maybe half my size, I use to be 281, so my goal as of now is 140, and if I like it there, I will stay at that weight... but as I get close to half my size, I been thinking about maintaining my weight.... and to not be scared to eat again ... but I also have to remember that I cant eat like i use to eat because that made me close to 300 lbs. If anyone have a books I should read, about weight loss, maintain weight, please comment, Also I have a book suggestion for individual who need motivation to lose weight and to stay on the route a healthy lifestyle .. the book is called the Beck Diet Soultion by Judith S. Beth.

Hello, today is my day off.. from working out and im just relaxing ...... about to start packing for South Africa, Have you ever been to South Africa? if so let me know how your trip was, would really like to hear from you. But anyway Im still at 160 ... I'm hoping when I wake up in the morning I will see 159... My goal is to be in the 150's by my birthday June 25th. Hopefully I can do it....
