That's a blast from the past isn't it? or at least it would be if I could remember the name of the television show. I think it was circa late 60's, or early 70's...Im not sure, but, it falls in that catagory with "Mr. Ed" and "My favorite martian". Okay, you might be thinking "dang she's old", Oh contraire mon fraire (sp?), I watched TV Land once upon a time. I also luuuuuuuvvv to this day! "I love Lucy" and "The Carol Burnett Show", so there :p!

On to me and how Im doing, okay I guess. I need to shake up my diet because Ive been on a plateau for the last, who know's how long, and that's a very long time.

People still remark how hard I work out, I think its because I sweat like a person being chased by a pack of wild dogs. I cant help that though, Ive always sweated heavy. I do work out intensely, but the sweating only adds to the drama.

Well I off to do school work again, I have a lot of studying to do, which is the reason Im not around as much. I do miss blogging, its a great release. Everyone is so REAL here, yes, you guessed it, in opposed to Fake...lol.

I hope everyone has a great weekend, I think hubby and I will get a head start on our anniversary celebration and do some really fun things tomorrow, we'll see :)

Its been so long...

...since I've blogged, sheesh!

Im still going strong, still at it, at the gym almost every day of the week.

Hubby and I went to a 30 minute premiere tonight, It focused on the medical care given at the healthcare organization I work for, it was pretty wonderful. I could have done a million other things, but, oh well.

A little shopping Jeeves?

Im going out shopping today, no reward system or anything, I shop because I like it, and this time I actually need things.

Im getting together with my sister tomorrow, we'll hang out and then do dinner later on. I hope I can get all of my homework out of the way, if I cant, oh well, it still has to be done and so does the shopping!

I actually hit 6 miles today on the treadmill. I did about an hour, or less, Im trying to work up to 6 miles in 45 minutes, hopefully that's do-able, if not, well we'll see.

Lifes little lucious..

well what do you know. I am finally ahead of the game, hopefully by tomorrow night, I will have my school work half complete at least. I've been teamed with two of the most non-complying individuals I cant stand it! I want to yell but what's the use.

Im not sure that working out so much is awarding me what I seek, its amazing how it seems to work for some, but not others, or, am I just doing something wrong?

The truth about my husband

Dearest blogmates, I had every intention of coming clean about my true feelings about my husband, unfortunately it wasn't meant to be, because the demon dogs from hell, have threaten to invade the universe and rip me a new one, if I even attempt! to say anything positive about my husband. Im not sure what issues the DDH have with my hubble bubble, but that of course its between them and him.

My workout this morning was awesome! I ran for 5.82, not my personal best, but I'll get there. My goal is to do 6 miles in 45 minutes. My leg doesn't hurt as much as it used to, I do get the minor pangs every now and then, but other then that, I can live with it..

My diet is pretty much the same, my husband still doesn't think I eat enough, but I do...

Please tell me why...

my husband would choose to drink MY coke zero? It was sitting on the refrigerator for two weeks, last night I put it into the refrigerator, I dont usually drink anythng but water, but from time to time, every so often I would like a little coke zero. He is such a soda hog!

Here I sit, drinking my half reg. water, half lime seltzer water...mmmm good! I would like to think it was better then coke zero.

I have to sleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeepppppp! oooooo please let me sleep! I feel like Im being held prisoner behind my eye lids, I wanna go to sleep, I wanna go to sleep!

Sheesh!

Both my hubby and I are still up. The clock say's 1:57am, do I realize I have to go to the gym at 7am? I really wonder about me sometimes.

I had a good morning at the gym. I beat my personal best. I ran for 5.90 miles. It was a good embarrassingly sweaty run, but whatdayagonnado? a girl has got to sweat right?

My confession

Did you ever have the desire to confess something totally sinister and sinfully delicious...well then you should be ASHAMED OF YOURSELF!  I personally do not have sinister or sinful thoughts...ever, dont challenge a crazy woman :p

I didn't go to the gym today, I was so sick yesterday I had to leave work early and that is unheard of! if you know me. Something hit me dead in my sinuses,  hard! like a mack truck. I didn't count my calories yesterday, so I dont think I ate enough calories, but who knows.

I just went off of my TOM. I'm one of those women who gains everyone elses water weight...and it usually doesn't come off until two weeks after Im over my cycle.  Does anyone know anything to remedy my problem, water pills? all I drink is water, so that shouldn't be an issue, any tricks of the trade ladies?

Back at it tomorrow. Im going to try for 6 miles, wish me good fortune!

Frustrated

Here I go again, another sleepless night. Ive been fighting my wireless connection all night, attempting to post my class work.

That's another thing, I am BEYOND tired of that so called lazy a*s people, my god! they dont even care what goes where. Our assignment was supposed to be submitted using a certain format, well, when they submitted their part of the paper, not one of them had it in the correct format. Then they didn't return for the rest of the night??!  I

had a good run at the gym this morning, 5.63 miles, I didn't out due my personal best, but it was close.

I lost another blog!

grrrr! I cant do all of that typing again. This is the 3rd time I typed it over. I have got to find a way to block out my little keypad on my lap top, well, its not actually a key pad, its the control panel.

I had a great day at the gym yesterday and again today, yesterday I ran 5.88 miles, yes! I'll soon it 6 miles a day. Today was a little slower, I only ran 5.63 miles and I cycled 5 miles to, thats because I haven't slept more then 2 hours since last friday...ugh, dont ask.

Mr. Sandman has me now boy, I can barely keep my eyes open, literally.
