April Walking challenge
Okay... I'm starting a new walking challenge for the month of April. Last month I planned to walk 40 miles and never made it past 10! But, today is a new day, and I have already walked 1.5 today! Why? why? why can I not seem to stick it out for the full 2 mile WATP dvd? Everytime I do that dvd, I make it to 1.5miles and just get too pooped to keep going.
Well, by the end of the month, I plan to be walking the full 2 mile tape at least 5 days a week!
This month I truly am going to WALK AWAY THE POUNDS!!!
